
Associate Director, Scheduler Lead – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Engage in a cohesive planning, cost, and risk framework to enhance resource utilization and fulfill work-plan objectives within budgetary and temporal limitations.
• Adhere to established methodologies for planning and scheduling while creating project timelines.
• Establish project milestones and baselines for tracking progress.
• Evaluate subcontractor adherence to scheduling methodologies.
• Aid in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure for measuring project performance.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, challenges, and areas needing attention.
• Convey schedule insights to the Project Director and project team.
• Collaborate with both internal and external project stakeholders on project timelines.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the planning team.
• Oversee schedule reporting, forecast updates, and contingency management for designated work packages.
• Manage timely updates, analyses, and reporting of schedules.
• Ensure contractor adherence to integrated schedules and milestones.
• Assess resource requirements and their availability impacts, and propose recovery strategies.
• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
• A graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
• At least 8 years of pertinent experience in a scheduling role within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Practical experience with network planning structures and methodologies.
• Proficient user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or higher and Microsoft Project.
• Capability to contribute to broader business initiatives, including responding to RFPs.
