Associate Director – Scheduler Lead, Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in an integrated planning, cost, and risk framework to enhance resource optimization and complete tasks within budget and timeline constraints.

• Ensure adherence to established planning and scheduling methodologies.

• Create project milestone and progress-tracking baselines.

• Evaluate subcontractor compliance with the scheduling methodology.

• Contribute to the development of the Work Breakdown Structure for project performance assessment.

• Analyze scheduling data, identify trends and issues, and relay findings to the Project Director and team.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with both internal and external project clients.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to the planning team.

• Oversee schedule reporting, forecast updates, and contingency management for designated work packages.

• Lead timely updates, analyses, and reporting of schedules.

• Ensure contractor schedules align with integrated schedules and milestones.

• Analyze resource requirements and availability impacts, suggesting recovery options as necessary.

• Comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities.

• Contribute to broader business initiatives, including responding to RFPs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.

• At least 8 years of relevant scheduling experience within the construction sector.

• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments involving multiple stakeholders.

• Practical knowledge of network planning structures and techniques.

• Proficient user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or later.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project.

• Capability to support broader business initiatives, including responding to RFPs.

• Exceptional presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
