This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Engage in a cohesive planning, cost, and risk framework to maximize resources and fulfill work scopes within budgetary and time limits.

• Ensure adherence to the established planning and scheduling methodologies.

• Create project milestones and establish progress-tracking baselines.

• Evaluate subcontractor compliance with the scheduling methodologies.

• Contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure for effective project performance measurement.

• Analyze scheduling data, identify trends and challenges, and relay findings to the Project Director and team.

• Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to the planning team.

• Oversee schedule reporting, forecast updates, and schedule contingency management.

• Direct prompt schedule updates, analysis, and reporting.

• Ensure contractor schedules align with integrated schedules and milestones.

• Assess resource requirements and impacts on availability, and recommend recovery strategies.

• Comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a scheduling position within the construction industry.

• Background in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Practical experience with network planning structures and techniques.

• Proficient user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or later, along with Microsoft Project.

• Capability to contribute to broader business initiatives, including responding to RFPs.
