πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Operate within a cohesive planning, cost, and risk framework to maximize resource utilization and fulfill work plan objectives while adhering to budgetary and time constraints.

β€’ Ensure adherence to established planning and scheduling methodologies during the creation of the project schedule.

β€’ Establish project milestone and progress tracking baselines.

β€’ Evaluate subcontractor compliance with the defined scheduling methodologies.

β€’ Assist in the formulation of the Work Breakdown Structure to measure project performance.

β€’ Analyze scheduling data, identify trends and challenges, and communicate areas needing attention to the Project Director and team.

β€’ Engage and collaborate with both internal and external project clients regarding the project schedule.

β€’ Provide coaching and mentorship to the planning team.

β€’ Oversee schedule reporting, forecast updates, and contingency management for specific work packages.

β€’ Manage schedule updates, analyses, and reports in a timely fashion.

β€’ Ensure contractor schedules align with integrated schedules and milestones.

β€’ Assess resource requirements and availability impacts, recommending recovery strategies.

β€’ Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.

β€’ A graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.

β€’ At least 8 years of pertinent experience in a scheduling role within the construction industry.

β€’ Experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments that necessitate proactive coordination.

β€’ Practical experience with network planning structures and techniques.

β€’ Proficient user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or later and Microsoft Project.

β€’ Capability to support broader business initiatives, including responding to RFPs.

β€’ Outstanding presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
