This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Lead and implement regional marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Agency of Record and home office to create and execute regional marketing initiatives, including asset deployment, geo-targeted media execution, and congress planning.
• Identify, track, and report key performance indicators for the region.
• Coordinate with cross-functional matrix teams on local account planning.
• Identify and nurture regional and local thought leaders, engaging KOLs in Hematology/Oncology, particularly within the lymphoma expert community.
• Map the influence of regional thought leaders and assist in the development and execution of regional account plans.
• Organize and implement regional advisory boards and third-party program plans.
• Identify and cultivate local and regional healthcare professionals for the ADC Therapeutics Speaker Bureau related to ZYNLONTA and disease-state initiatives.
• Attend significant regional and national conferences to meet thought leaders and customers, gathering competitive insights.
• Coordinate the company’s onsite presence with field leadership.
• Schedule meetings with thought leaders and company executives.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing on geo-targeting and advertising opportunities.
• Collect insights for headquarters and field leadership.
• Work alongside headquarters, field commercial and medical teams, and Clinical Development to coordinate KOL interactions and define role boundaries.
• Monitor the lymphoma treatment landscape, community perceptions about ZYNLONTA, competitor activities, and data.
• Organize and execute local Patient Advocacy events in conjunction with Patient Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Sales.
• Partner with the Regional Marketing Lead to oversee agency relationships and ensure proper budget allocation.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, specifically in hematology and oncology.
• Experience in academic environments is necessary.
• Experience in product launches within hematology or oncology is essential.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with hematology thought leaders (physicians and nurses), showing access to academic and key institutions.
• 2 years of experience in a marketing/agency or similar in-house commercial role is required.
• Preferred 2+ years of previous field sales or market access leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial challenges in highly competitive hematology/oncology therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Capacity to comprehend and articulate complex clinical data and disease state information to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Proven success in consistently achieving or surpassing qualitative and/or quantitative objectives.
• Experience in strategy development and tactical execution with oversight or direct management of budgets.
• Domestic travel of 40–50% is required.
• Health care certification or qualification (e.g., RN, RPh, etc.) is preferred.
