
Associate Director, Regional Marketing – Mid-Atlantic Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +3 more states.
• Lead and implement regional marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Agency of Record and home office to formulate and execute regional marketing initiatives, encompassing asset deployment, media execution, geo-targeting, and congress planning.
• Identify, track, and report essential performance metrics for the region.
• Coordinate with cross-functional matrix teams on local account planning.
• Recognize local and regional healthcare professionals (HCPs) for commercial projects, webcasts, videos, promotional materials, and training opportunities.
• Identify, cultivate, and engage local and regional hematology/oncology thought leaders and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Map the influence of regional thought leaders to aid in the development and execution of regional account plans.
• Design and implement regional advisory boards and third-party programs.
• Identify and develop HCPs for the ADC Therapeutics Speaker Bureau for ZYNLONTA and disease-state initiatives.
• Participate in key regional and national conferences, connect with thought leaders and customers, and collect competitive insights.
• Coordinate the company's on-site presence with field leadership.
• Organize meetings with thought leaders and company executives.
• Work in partnership with Digital Marketing on geotargeting and advertising opportunities.
• Collect insights for headquarters and field leadership.
• Collaborate with headquarters, field commercial and medical teams, and Clinical Development on KOL coordination and role delineation.
• Monitor the lymphoma treatment landscape and relevant competitor events and data.
• Coordinate and execute local Patient Advocacy events in collaboration with Patient Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Sales.
• Manage agency partnerships and ensure proper budget allocation with the Regional Marketing Lead.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is required.
• Experience in hematology and oncology, including within academic environments.
• Experience with product launches in the hematology or oncology fields.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with hematology thought leaders (physicians and nurses).
• Demonstrated access to academic and key institutions.
• 2 years of experience in marketing/agency or another related in-house commercial role.
• Preferred: 2+ years of previous field sales or market access leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Preferred: Comprehensive knowledge of commercial challenges associated with highly competitive hematology/oncology therapeutic areas.
• Exceptional skills in presentation, interpersonal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to understand and explain complex clinical data and disease state information to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding qualitative and/or quantitative objectives.
• Experience in developing strategies and executing tactics with oversight or direct management of budgets.
• 40–50% domestic travel is required.
• Health care certification/qualification (e.g., RN, RPh, or other) is preferred.
