This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Directly manage commercial interactions with 35–50 National, Regional, and Community External Scientific Experts in the field of Breast Cancer.
• Create, design, and execute Regional Marketing Action Plans that align with the strategic priorities of the brand.
• Meet commercial targets, derive insights, and foster advocacy among external thought leaders.
• Assist brand and global teams with projects necessitating engagement, guidance, or participation from US ESE.
• Produce actionable customer insights to shape brand strategy and marketing efforts.
• Report market challenges and obstacles to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee several program budgets, timelines, processes, and procedures in a compliant manner.
• Work collaboratively with field sales leadership, account directors, brand marketing, field sales, medical, market access, national accounts, and other departments.
• Formulate and implement local regional strategies and tactics based on the unique needs of geographic markets.
• Partner with Breast Oncology teams located in Florida.
• A Bachelor's Degree; ideally in a relevant discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector, with expertise in managed markets, brand marketing, sales, or strategic planning.
• Over 3 years of experience in Oncology.
• Anticipated 50–70% overnight travel, including attendance at evening and weekend conferences as required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and interaction capabilities.
• Strong oncology business knowledge, encompassing an understanding of payers, GPOs, cancer care delivery, precision medicine, and organized oncology customers.
• Marketing experience collaborating with agency/vendor partners on complex projects.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across sales, market access, medical, brand marketing, key customer engagement, and global teams.
• Proficient in project management, including Advisory Boards, regional marketing tactics, MLR processes, operational plans, and budget oversight.
• Capability to develop and implement regional marketing initiatives.
• Ability to generate strategic insights for brand decision-making.
• Preferred: Experience in Breast Cancer.
• Preferred: Prior experience in in-line marketing or working with an HCP marketing agency.
• Preferred: Experience with third-party vendors and agency collaborations.
• Preferred: MBA in a relevant field.
