This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of technical experts in their respective fields.
• Establish, document, sustain, and disseminate technical standards and best practices for direct-to-chip liquid cooling systems.
• Offer technical support to internal field engineering and project management teams, external clients, OEMs, and industry organizations.
• Balance the development of standards, process enhancements, training for field resources, and support for technical escalations.
• Manage day-to-day operations for the team of technical experts.
• Monitor the distribution of workload and collaborate with Operations leadership on team capacity and resource allocation.
• Create team workflows, communication protocols, and operational practices within a fully remote setting.
• Identify and eliminate productivity obstacles while escalating systemic issues with suggested solutions.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, and review goals.
• Assist team members with navigating company systems, processes, tools, and culture.
• Design and uphold standards and specifications in line with industry, OEM, and customer requirements.
• Evaluate standards to ensure they align with customer expectations and industry advancements.
• Deliver training, guidance, and support on the implementation and adherence to standards.
• Direct the technical training program for field personnel.
• Develop and present asynchronous, live classroom, laboratory, and on-site training sessions.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to validate field skills and knowledge.
• Identify knowledge gaps and create educational content as standards and technologies progress.
• Provide project assistance through reviewing plans and specifications and making necessary amendments.
• Conduct root cause analyses and propose corrective measures for project-related issues.
• Engage in on-site and virtual project meetings as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in high-purity process cooling or mission-critical design, construction, or operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.
• Proven track record in strategic execution and organizational planning.
• Experience in leading organizational initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to collaborate across various business units.
• Experience in performance management, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with business technology platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Successful track record of working in a remote environment through effective communication, self-motivation, and proactivity.
• Capable of effective communication with executive leadership, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and delegating tasks across multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Committed to following company and site safety protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the United States.
• Must reside near a major airport.
• Valid REAL ID or an acceptable alternative, such as a passport, for business air travel effective May 7, 2025.
