This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead advanced, global program initiatives as a strategic collaborator for Thermo Fisher Scientific's growth and innovation.
• Encourage innovative thinking and promote collaboration across various regions and functions.
• Execute intricate projects, including business transformations, system implementations, process enhancements, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develop and nurture high-performing project teams while establishing an environment of excellence that aligns with Thermo Fisher's core values.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to outline project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Guarantee timely project delivery within budgetary constraints.
• Serve as the principal contact for project status updates.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks through effective strategies and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Over 10 years of experience in clinical systems implementations, including executive stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Strong comprehension of data strategies and platforms from a delivery perspective.
• Advanced Degree with 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of experience managing complex, global programs and project initiatives.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is highly desirable.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated success in implementing large-scale business transformations, system integrations, or process improvements.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in finance operations, customer service, procurement, or related business functions.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in building and developing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools and systems.
• Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Adaptability to changing project demands and diverse environments.
• Strong interpersonal awareness and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Experience in a regulated/GCP environment is preferred.
