This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy and management of programmatic accounts to enhance client performance and growth.
• Provide leadership throughout the organization and collaborate with other channels on integrated planning.
• Develop, manage, optimize, and report on campaigns across Strata, DSP, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and additional platforms.
• Design effective buys focusing on cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal achievement, and vendor agreements.
• Negotiate rates, placements, and added value for managed service and PMP placements.
• Identify new opportunities and devise strategies to leverage them.
• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with media representatives.
• Lead activation in key client communications.
• Oversee daily account responsibilities for the client portfolio.
• Update the Director on account status, keep the team informed, and escalate issues promptly.
• Supervise the setup and implementation of campaign tracking prior to launch with support from Ad Operations.
• Create and deliver client-facing materials.
• Provide guidance and collaborate with team members to achieve client goals.
• Assist in the creation of reporting dashboards and participate in client presentations.
• Work with Finance to resolve media billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with client budgets while achieving objectives.
• Manage junior staff through training, prioritization, and client deliverables.
• Stay updated on media trends and opportunities.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Minimum of 4 years of Media Buying experience is required.
• Familiarity and previous use of buying software; Strata is preferred.
• Experience in leading a team within a DSP; The Trade Desk is preferred.
• Knowledge and application of 1st and/or 3rd party data.
• Strong organizational and mathematical abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and deliver work on time for established deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Project Management teams.
• Proficient in communicating effectively within a team, with external media representatives, and with existing clients.
• Must be prepared for a dynamic work environment and be confident in decision-making.
