This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the development and commercialization of Signatera's clinical trial matching offerings and services.
• Assist in realizing the long-term vision and five-year strategic product roadmap.
• Enhance and expedite Signatera's clinical trial enrollment.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from inception to retirement.
• Formulate and implement the clinical trial matching product roadmap.
• Establish and deliver product specifications based on customer requirements and operational limitations.
• Supervise product performance and support across Product Management, Molecular Biology R&D, Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development.
• Create product performance metrics, analyze data, and execute enhancement strategies.
• Discover business opportunities, develop business cases, and construct financial models.
• Conduct Voice of Customer interviews, perform market research, and carry out competitive analysis.
• Determine product positioning, develop market launch strategies, pricing, and marketing materials.
• Present data-backed arguments to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Provide consistent updates on product vision, progress, and roadmap to both internal and external parties.
• A Bachelor’s degree is essential, ideally in physical or life sciences, statistics, or engineering.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting is necessary.
• Experience with oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with large-scale, high-complexity molecular testing laboratories, especially in tumor tissue sequencing, is advantageous.
• Expertise in the Life Sciences sector is highly favored.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong grasp of technology with the capacity to articulate customer value propositions effectively.
• Excellent project and process management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
• Fundamental skills in financial and economic modeling.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Robust analytical, product development, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across various functions and influence decision-making processes.
