This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.
• Oversee the Product Management function for Associate Technology Experience (ATX)
• Set expectations, standards, and accountability for the product team
• Cultivate, mentor, and develop Product Managers through recruitment, performance management, and career advancement
• Enhance product discovery, roadmap creation, prioritization, and decision-making processes
• Define and refine product practices, operating mechanisms, governance, and methodologies
• Incorporate customer research, experience metrics, analytics, operational insights, and market trends into product strategies
• Establish and advance the ATX product performance framework
• Define outcome metrics, product health indicators, adoption rates, customer experience signals, and operational indicators
• Strengthen product go-to-market strategies and lifecycle management practices
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional leaders
• Provide strategic recommendations that shape planning, roadmap trajectory, and organizational priorities
• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Product Management
• Proficient in product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and measuring customer and business outcomes
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, performance management, talent development, and building high-performing teams
• Experience leading Product Managers for enterprise technology products, services, or platforms
• Familiarity with products configured, integrated, or enabled through third-party technologies and vendor solutions
• Proven track record in advancing product management maturity via product practices, operating models, governance, performance measurement, and talent capabilities
• Experience in building and scaling product organizations utilizing customer insights, experience data, analytics, and outcome metrics
• Ability to define, monitor, and utilize product health metrics, adoption measures, customer experience indicators, and business outcomes
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and Operations leaders
• Capacity to influence stakeholders and foster alignment across complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 6+ years of product management experience, and 3+ years of management experience
• Reliable home internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
