This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of Angi's key Service Professional partners, acting as their main point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of partner businesses, objectives, and platform performance to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with partner leadership, offering consultative advice.
• Conduct regular business reviews, delivering performance insights and strategic suggestions.
• Examine partner performance metrics to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and areas for operational enhancement.
• Convert complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Product teams to enhance data visibility and reporting.
• Guide decisions regarding partner engagement, expansion possibilities, and performance optimization through quantitative analysis.
• Identify chances to strengthen existing partner relationships and boost platform engagement.
• Work together on strategic proposals, pilot programs, and initiatives that enhance partner value.
• Implement growth strategies while proactively addressing retention risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to represent partner needs and influence product enhancements.
• Relay partner feedback to shape strategic priorities and operational improvements.
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the Service Professional experience.
• Maintain a forward-looking perspective on partner health, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop structured account plans and engagement strategies.
• Assist in initiatives that enhance processes, tools, and workflows for the Strategic Partnerships team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or customer success.
• Proven experience in managing complex customer or partner relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and advance initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make executive-level presentations.
• Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based businesses is an advantage.
• Capability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments effectively.
• Consultative relationship management skills.
• Experience utilizing GenAI tools such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
