This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the comprehensive management of new business proposals and RFI/RFP submissions for opportunities in Europe.
• Collaborate with pitch leaders and cross-functional teams to create unified presentations.
• Handle pitch logistics, including timelines, workflows, budget management, and vendor coordination.
• Align internal stakeholders, foster accountability, and maintain consistent messaging for the European market.
• Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and regional industry trends.
• Ensure quality control of case studies, capabilities presentations, and credentials.
• Manage and coordinate financial documents for pitches in conjunction with Client Services and Project Management teams.
• Enhance pitch operations through process improvements and AI-driven efficiencies.
• Oversee knowledge-sharing tools and client-facing deliverables.
• Stay informed about agency capabilities, past achievements, and credentials for future opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with US colleagues for integrated pitches across different time zones.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in new business, pitch/project management, or growth operations within an advertising, healthcare marketing, or communications agency.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical sector and healthcare marketing landscape in Europe.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple high-stakes priorities and adapt to evolving demands.
• Experience in managing complex pitches with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and medical communications.
• Collaborative, agile, and resilient; capable of building consensus, motivating teams, and delivering results under pressure.
• Familiarity with workflow management, CRM, SharePoint, and procurement platforms is a plus.
• Technically proficient.
• A passion for driving agency growth and influencing healthcare marketing in Europe.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support pitches.
