This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take ownership and prioritize the product backlog for performance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and analytics products within the PRIME platform.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to gather requirements and establish user stories, acceptance criteria, and metrics for reporting success.
• Work alongside Analytics Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Data teams to create scalable reporting products.
• Lead product discovery, sprint planning, release management, user acceptance testing, and continuous product enhancement.
• Track product adoption, reporting quality, user satisfaction, and business outcomes to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure that reporting products conform to enterprise data governance, platform standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as the primary product owner for designated reporting capabilities on a day-to-day basis.
• Facilitate cross-functional product ceremonies.
• Travel domestically and/or internationally as determined by the hiring manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting solutions.
• Proven experience in delivering reporting, dashboard, or analytics products using agile product management methodologies.
• Strong skills in analysis, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization.
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, data visualization, analytics, SQL, and contemporary software development practices.
• Background in supporting commercial reporting, enterprise analytics platforms, or AI-enabled reporting products.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other heavily regulated sectors.
• Openness to travel up to 10%.
