Associate Director, Paid Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding paid search strategy and performance discussions.

• Create and present strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and growth opportunities customized to meet client objectives.

• Proactively seek out optimization and innovation opportunities across various accounts.

• Manage the complete execution of paid search campaigns, which includes account setup, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting.

• Oversee campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.

• Establish frameworks for testing and pipelines for innovation.

• Convert insights into actionable steps that lead to measurable impacts for clients.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client goals.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members and promote the application of best practices.

• Supply clients with clear, data-driven performance reports and insights.

• Suggest testing strategies, adjustments in budget allocations, and modifications to bid strategies.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in paid search.

• Proven hands-on experience managing monthly campaign budgets exceeding $500k.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads Editor.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience with GA4 is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Shopping, Vehicle Ads, and Performance Max campaigns is preferred but not required.

• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certification is preferred but not required.
