This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee the onboarding and readiness assistance for product treatment facilities.
• Train treatment centers on operational workflows, system configurations, and requirements.
• Provide education focused on processes using approved resources for both initial implementation and ongoing assistance.
• Assist facilities in developing the necessary operational skills and knowledge for consistent, end-to-end treatment delivery.
• Act as the product operational subject matter expert for designated treatment centers.
• Offer support related to product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the main contact for any operational challenges.
• Assess and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration and established procedures.
• Work together with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure compliant interactions and a uniform site experience.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with operational leaders at sites.
• Provide consistent, dependable, and responsive operational assistance.
• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Compile site feedback and process insights to assist headquarters in enhancing communications, workflows, resources, and education.
• Support accounts across the Southwest region, including Arizona, New Mexico, and San Diego, California.
• Conduct field-based, customer-facing operational support that is non-demand-generating and non-promotional.
• Travel is required for approximately 50% of the role.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, encompassing sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• A solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven history of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to establish workflows for complex therapies.
• Capacity to function effectively in environments with changing processes, ambiguous pathways, and numerous dependencies.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including pinpointing process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent actions.
• Skill in building and nurturing customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment facilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: experience in site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies.
• Preferred: experience with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and navigating various stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
