This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Oversee the onboarding and readiness support process for product treatment sites, ensuring that these locations are well-informed about workflow, system configuration, and operational requirements.
• Provide process-oriented education for site stakeholders utilizing approved resources for both initial implementation and ongoing operational assistance.
• Ensure treatment sites possess the operational capabilities and knowledge necessary for consistent execution of the complete product treatment journey.
• Act as the product operational subject matter expert for designated treatment sites, assisting with product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational challenges, managing and resolving issues through cross-functional coordination and established processes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional oncology field teams to facilitate coordinated and compliant engagement.
• Establish trusted business relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, dependable, and responsive operational support.
• Leverage company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate approved site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Integrate site feedback and process insights to assist the headquarters team in refining communications, workflows, resources, and education.
• Support the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma.
• This is a field-based, customer-facing role that does not generate demand or engage in promotional activities.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including roles in sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Ability to thrive in “white space” environments characterized by evolving processes, unclear paths, and multiple dependencies.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps with relevant stakeholders.
• Capacity to build and nurture meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally, with an ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultures and disciplines.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a knack for collaborating in cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies (e.g., cell therapies, gene therapies, radioligand therapies).
• Preferred: Experience with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
