This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the onboarding process and readiness assistance for product treatment facilities.
• Provide education to treatment sites regarding workflows, system configurations, and operational prerequisites.
• Conduct process-oriented training utilizing approved materials for initial rollout and continuous support.
• Assist facilities in developing the operational skills and knowledge necessary for consistent execution of the product from start to finish.
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for the product at designated treatment sites.
• Offer support related to product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational challenges.
• Assess and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration and established procedures.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional oncology field teams to facilitate coordinated and compliant interactions.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with site operational leaders.
• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Compile site feedback and process insights to assist headquarters in refining communication, workflows, resources, and educational materials.
• Support a field-based, customer-facing role that is non-demand-generating and non-promotional for oncology treatment sites.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in healthcare or life sciences, encompassing sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for intricate therapies.
• Capability to function effectively in “white space” environments characterized by evolving processes, ambiguous pathways, and multiple dependencies.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including the identification of process friction points, root cause analysis, and coordination of subsequent actions.
• Proficiency in establishing and nurturing meaningful relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies.
• Preferred: familiarity with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience engaging with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise.
