
Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead – New England South Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Oversee the onboarding and readiness support for product treatment facilities
• Provide education to treatment sites regarding workflows, system configurations, and operational demands
• Deliver education focused on processes utilizing approved resources for both initial implementation and ongoing operational assistance
• Assist treatment sites in cultivating the skills and knowledge necessary for consistent end-to-end product execution
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for products in the assigned treatment sites
• Support product processes, operations, and logistics
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational challenges
• Triage and resolve issues through cross-functional coordination and established processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure coordinated and compliant engagement
• Establish trusted relationships with operational leaders at treatment sites
• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint opportunities for improvement
• Consolidate site feedback and process insights to assist the headquarters team in enhancing communications, workflows, resources, and education
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in healthcare or life sciences, including roles in sales, account management, or provider operations/administration
• Solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
• Demonstrated success working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
• Capability to function effectively in ambiguous environments with evolving processes, unclear paths, and various dependencies
• Strong problem-solving abilities related to operations, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent actions
• Ability to forge and nurture meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrix organizations
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Candidates must reside in the specified New England South geographic territory (CT, MA, and RI)
• Preferred: Experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies
• Preferred: Familiarity with complex oncology workflows
• Preferred: Experience working with large oncology systems and navigating various stakeholder groups within a single enterprise
