This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Oversee the onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites.
• Provide education to treatment sites regarding workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Conduct process-oriented training utilizing approved resources for initial implementation and continuous operational support.
• Assist treatment sites in developing the operational capabilities and knowledge necessary for consistent end-to-end product execution.
• Act as the product operational subject matter expert for designated treatment sites.
• Offer support related to product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational challenges.
• Triage and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration and established processes.
• Work together with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure coordinated and compliant engagement.
• Establish trusted relationships with operational leaders at sites.
• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Compile site feedback and process insights to assist headquarters in refining communications, workflows, resources, and educational materials.
• Contribute to the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma.
• Support accounts across the Midwest region, encompassing Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• A proven history of collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Capability to operate effectively in “white space” environments with evolving processes, ambiguous paths, and multiple dependencies.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent actions.
• Capacity to build and nurture meaningful relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultures and disciplines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies, including cell therapies, gene therapies, or radioligand therapies.
• Preferred: experience in managing complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
