This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Oversee the onboarding and readiness support for product treatment facilities.
• Provide education to treatment sites regarding workflows, system configurations, and operational necessities.
• Facilitate process-oriented training utilizing approved materials.
• Assist sites in building the operational skills and knowledge essential for reliable end-to-end product delivery.
• Act as the product operational subject matter expert for designated treatment facilities.
• Support product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational challenges, managing and resolving issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Work alongside cross-functional oncology field teams to promote compliant interactions and uniform site experiences.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with site operational leaders.
• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Compile site feedback and process insights for headquarters teams to enhance communication, workflows, resources, and training.
• Provide support to treatment sites throughout the Mid-South region (Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee).
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in healthcare or life sciences, which may include sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• A robust understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• A proven history of collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for intricate therapies.
• Capability to function effectively in unstructured environments with evolving processes, ambiguous pathways, and numerous dependencies.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including the identification of process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent actions.
• Proficient in cultivating and nurturing valuable customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures and fields.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies.
• Preferred: familiarity with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience working with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
