This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Lead the onboarding process and provide readiness support for product treatment sites.
• Educate treatment sites on operational requirements, workflows, and system setup.
• Deliver education focused on processes by utilizing approved resources.
• Support the operational capabilities of treatment sites and ensure consistent end-to-end treatment execution.
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites.
• Offer support related to product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the primary contact for addressing operational issues and facilitate cross-functional resolution.
• Collaborate with oncology field teams to ensure coordinated and compliant engagement.
• Establish trusted relationships with operational leaders at the sites.
• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing operational processes.
• Integrate site feedback and process insights to improve communication, workflows, resources, and educational materials.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, encompassing sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem is essential.
• A proven history of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Capability to function effectively in evolving, ambiguous, and dependency-laden environments.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including the identification of process friction, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to foster meaningful relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across various cultures and disciplines.
• Strong leadership capabilities and collaboration skills within matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies.
• Preferred: experience with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience working with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
