This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Brand, Medical, and Commercial leadership teams.
• Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies and plans based on customer insights and analytics.
• Convert business goals into data-driven, scalable omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
• Influence senior stakeholders by leveraging customer needs, market trends, and commercial opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of customer engagement strategies that align with brand objectives, customer journeys, and critical moments.
• Design and implement integrated customer experiences across both personal and non-personal channels.
• Utilize expertise in pharmaceutical marketing, digital engagement, CRM, and customer experience design.
• Establish measurement frameworks to assess and enhance engagement performance, business impact, and shifts in customer behavior.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Brand, Medical, Analytics, Technology, and Omnichannel teams.
• Recognize risks, eliminate obstacles, and promote the adoption of new capabilities, processes, and methodologies.
• Drive initiatives from concept through to implementation while ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful delivery.
• Cultivate partnerships and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
• Exemplify Otsuka’s ASPIRE competencies and maintain a mindset geared toward continuous learning.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, commercial operations, consulting, or related areas.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in complex matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven targeting, decision engines, customer orchestration, or advanced customer engagement methodologies.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory, legal, and medical review processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical brand marketing.
• Experience in launch/pre-launch commercialization.
• Background in designing operating models, transformation initiatives, or enterprise customer engagement frameworks.
• Experience in specialty or rare disease areas.
• MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.
