Associate Director, Omnichannel Brand Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing and interdisciplinary teams to enhance omnichannel and customer experience initiatives.

• Act as the central link between the enterprise Omnichannel/CX team and brand marketing divisions.

• Balance overarching enterprise objectives with specific brand requirements and independently lead cross-functional omnichannel projects.

• Oversee agency relationships, including scope, budgets, contracts, and performance metrics.

• Provide guidance to marketing teams on omnichannel and digital strategies, encompassing SEO/SEM, social media, websites, email, and display advertising.

• Create and sustain omnichannel strategy roadmaps.

• Partner with Digital Analytics to convert customer and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Ensure that recommendations are executed, monitored, and assessed.

• Identify and prioritize critical touchpoints in the complete customer journey for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

• Convert enterprise initiatives, such as modular content, into practical brand marketing plans.

• Promote the adoption and uniformity of enterprise omnichannel strategies across various brands.

• Serve as a strategic business ally between the Omnichannel/CX team and brand marketing departments.

• Offer guidance and solutions in uncertain scenarios.

• Engage with senior leadership and facilitate alignment among stakeholders.

• Influence stakeholders without formal authority.

• Develop and execute initiatives independently with minimal supervision.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 8 years of experience in multi/omnichannel pharmaceutical marketing is required.

• A focus on digital engagement strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.

• Proven experience in making data-driven recommendations based on actual customer data and trends.

• Strong enthusiasm for data and analytics, along with the capability to convey actionable insights through compelling storytelling.

• Recent experience in or with startup/emerging life science companies.

• Specialization in rare or orphan diseases.

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing impactful digital and customer experience programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital strategies, technology, and data encompassing websites, UX, SEO/SEM, media, social media, CRM, analytics, and digital field tools.

• Solid knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to align marketing strategies with customer behavior objectives in tactical campaign design.

• Strong business sense with the capability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects with a meticulous, hands-on approach.

• Leadership experience in managing agency partnerships, including relationship, scope, budget, and contract oversight.

• Profound understanding of the complete customer journey.

• Ability to translate enterprise-level initiatives into brand-level strategies and execution frameworks.

• Capability to link insights to strategic decisions, execution, and quantifiable customer or business impact.

• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines, and proposing solutions.

• Experience in supporting pharmaceutical or biotech brand or product launches.

• Ability to establish omnichannel frameworks and customer engagement strategies from pre-launch to commercialization.

• Preferred: experience in a commercial matrix organization.

• Preferred: familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing and sales compliance concepts.

• Preferred: experience with third-party analytics and reporting vendors.

• Preferred: knowledge of modern business intelligence tools, such as Tableau.

• Experience with the Veeva toolset and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
