Associate Director – Network Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, assess, plan, and modify network elements that support customer communication implementation initiatives.

• Develop and evaluate performance metrics and measurement methodologies for the network.

• Prepare analyses addressing both short-term and long-term capacity requirements for switching, routing, transmission, and signaling.

• Conduct studies on network architecture design, feasibility, and cost.

• Create alternative routing scenarios and adjust the necessary sequence of network activities.

• Perform economic and demographic growth analyses to evaluate the impact on network capacity and development projections.

• Identify and resolve intricate technical and operational challenges within departments.

• Potentially oversee multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 6 years of technical experience.

• At least 2 years of management experience.

• A strong passion for enhancing an organization dedicated to continually improving consumer experiences.

• Required home internet speed of at least 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees.

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
