Associate Director – Marketing Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and govern sales agencies and marketing partners to guarantee adherence to federal, state, and organizational marketing standards.

• Develop, implement, and sustain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to marketing and sales operations.

• Lead efforts in compliance monitoring to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential compliance risks.

• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams to address compliance issues and execute corrective measures.

• Analyze emerging regulatory changes and relay their implications to internal stakeholders.

• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compliance performance, findings, and risk management efforts.

• Partner with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and external agency partners to promote compliance and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance standards.

• More than 2 years of experience in people leadership or management.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Capability to work from a designated area without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
