Head of Marketing Communications

📋 Description

• Oversee the newly formed Marketing Communications division at Sitetracker and its comprehensive strategy.

• Establish key messaging pillars and create various content formats including written, visual, and video materials.

• Manage corporate communications, public relations outreach, media partnerships, executive messaging, and reputation management.

• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams to enhance content distribution, generate pipelines, and drive growth initiatives.

• Evaluate the effectiveness, adoption, performance, and contribution of content to overall marketing goals.

• Create cross-departmental workflows and operational processes for Marketing Communications.

• Develop Sitetracker's market narrative through customer storytelling, thought leadership, content creation, public relations, and media interaction.

• Provide editorial guidance for whitepapers, blogs, campaigns, and strategic content initiatives.

• Engage with customers to discover stories that showcase how Sitetracker addresses real-world problems.

• Define a clear content strategy, maintain active public relations programs, and ensure measurable outcomes within the first year.
