This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist and enable field-based learning for the Chronic Care Customer Team Representatives in a designated region.
• Collaborate with Chronic Care Sales Leadership, Learning & Development, and cross-functional partners to implement regional training that aligns with national strategies.
• Enhance representatives' knowledge in clinical, managed care, and commercial aspects.
• Deliver and facilitate training on clinical topics, products, and disease states using HQ-approved resources tailored for Chronic Care portfolios.
• Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs to boost customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and account management skills.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with sales leadership focusing on product knowledge, compliance, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate training needs across districts and territories in partnership with commercial operations, regional cardiovascular managers, and customer team leaders.
• Align Learning & Development plans with territory business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify regional business opportunities and convert them into focused learning initiatives.
• Modify national Learning & Development content to fit local market dynamics and specific Chronic Care customer profiles.
• Provide insights to HQ on the effectiveness of training and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between field teams and Learning & Development.
• Work together with marketing, medical, and access teams to guarantee consistent and compliant training delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in Business, Life Sciences, or Education is preferred.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in sales, training, marketing, or healthcare-related roles.
• Experience in the Chronic Care, specialty, or cardiovascular/endocrinology fields.
• Proven ability to deliver training both in-person and online.
• Demonstrated capacity to effectively coach field teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Capability to analyze field insights and convert them into practical development strategies.
• High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment.
• Previous experience in field training or learning facilitation is preferred.
• Experience in supporting product launches or operating in competitive markets is preferred.
• A robust understanding of account-based selling and navigation of the healthcare ecosystem is preferred.
• Advanced skills in presentation and facilitation are preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned region.
• A valid driving license is required.
