This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee, monitor, and assist in the analysis, planning, design, and development of learning experiences.
• Identify, evaluate, and tackle intricate business challenges through targeted learning interventions.
• Assess contractual obligations and create an Annual Training Plan for implementation.
• Provide consultation and design solutions for change management to enhance learner capabilities and operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure training interventions meet federal contract requirements.
• Manage a team of learning professionals to conduct needs analysis and design and develop learning experiences.
• Leverage learning technology to deliver performance improvement and professional development solutions.
• Supervise consultation, design, and development processes with a focus on customer-centricity.
• Analyze complex business issues using both internal and external data sources.
• Identify subject matter experts and create recommendations and plans for learning solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify suitable and pertinent solutions.
• Ensure learning interventions are in alignment with the corporate vision and apply Design Thinking and Adult Learning Theory principles.
• Determine KPIs and develop measurement strategies to assess business impact.
• Select, develop, and evaluate staff members.
• Provide guidance to executives on functional learning strategies.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex matters with minimal oversight.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Defense Contract stipulations.
• Must successfully obtain interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service).
• Candidates residing in Puerto Rico are not eligible for employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of strategic learning experience in healthcare or similar industries.
• At least 2 years of project leadership experience, preferably in training development or strategic program management.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in change management consulting related to human readiness.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively.
• Expertise in developing, managing, and delivering training programs and materials.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply contract requirements concerning training.
• Competence in stakeholder communication, including formal reporting and presentations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams while collaborating across organizational lines.
• Capable of strategic influence and analysis.
• Willingness and ability to work consistently from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Advanced proficiency with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools is preferred.
• Experience in TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, or government healthcare settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations and contract compliance is preferred.
