Associate Director – Learning Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to identify business goals, capability gaps, and priority learning areas.

• Suggest learning strategies and solutions that promote the development of both technical and non-technical skills.

• Oversee the design and implementation of learning programs that align with customer objectives.

• Serve as the main connection between clients and internal learning departments to ensure effective delivery.

• Manage learning engagements from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring clarity in expectations and outcomes.

• Analyze learning metrics, reports, and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and guide recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, and other interdisciplinary teams.

• Keep abreast of learning tools, methodologies, and industry trends to enhance solution design.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience consulting with clients on learning, talent, or workforce development projects.

• Capacity to convert business and stakeholder requirements into structured learning solutions.

• Experience in designing or delivering blended learning programs, including virtual, classroom, or digital formats.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide learning or development solutions.

• Competence in reviewing learning metrics and reports to assess outcomes and suggest enhancements.

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating discussions with clients and subject matter experts.

• Familiarity with learning tools, platforms, or models for delivering learning programs.

• Preferred: Background in learning and development, organizational development, or talent-related consulting.

• Preferred: Understanding of instructional design principles or learning experience design.

• Preferred: Experience in managing large or complex learning programs across various stakeholder groups.

• Preferred: Exposure to performance support tools, job aids, or technical documentation.

• Preferred: Experience working in enterprise or technology-driven environments.
