Associate Director, ICSR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Effectively oversee the designated ICSR Management Unit.

• Ensure that ICSR project teams have sufficient resources to optimize productivity and utilization.

• Establish productivity targets for current projects and evaluate suggested target adjustments.

• Determine suitable resource reallocations based on reports and analyses.

• Supervise ICSR Leads/Line Managers to guarantee effective employee utilization and productivity.

• Inform the Resourcing department about any additional resource requirements and manage approved requests.

• Suggest modifications to project team processes.

• Identify solutions and implement best practices to enhance productivity and utilization.

• Provide training and mentorship to ICSR Line Managers and senior personnel.

• Prepare analyses and comprehensive reports.

• Assess budgets and resource distributions for new projects and expanded scopes of work.

• Collaborate with Business/Commercial, Operations, Project Analytics, HR, Quality, and RA & PV Network teams as needed.

• Review and endorse Critical CAPAs from the ICSR Management Unit.

• Review and revise operating procedures and guidelines.

• Serve as LCPPV for a specific country and PRLS for a designated language upon agreement with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a relevant healthcare qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 6-7 years of experience in the field of pharmacovigilance.

• 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and capability to multitask.

• Proficient management skills, including delegation, time management, and issue resolution.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
