
Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison – Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +7 more states.
• Enhance and optimize interactions with prominent US hematology thought leaders at academic institutions and leading community practices for Regeneron’s hematology bispecific.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders from Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and the Oncology/Hematology Leadership Team.
• Participate in impactful and strategic discussions to collect insights and disseminate clinical information with designated key thought leaders.
• Conduct in-depth business discussions concerning on-label product information, disease states, and general corporate overviews.
• Propel strategic thought leader engagements utilizing a customer-centric, needs-driven approach.
• Organize thought leader engagements for senior executives at local, regional, and national conferences, as well as during everyday business activities.
• Create and maintain a roster of key thought leaders within the designated geography.
• Assist in the development of thought leaders.
• Support the placement and execution of the speaker bureau program, which includes identifying potential speakers, managing logistics for speaker training, and providing feedback to enhance presentation effectiveness.
• Communicate insights from thought leader interactions to Marketing and other functional teams.
• Aid in the planning of regional and national advisory boards, suggest potential thought leader participants, and coordinate the involvement of selected thought leaders.
• Ensure that all thought leader interactions and activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification is advantageous.
• Experience in the specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sector.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in two or more of the following areas: Thought Leader Liaison role, field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, or relevant medical/clinical experience.
• Experience in hematology/oncology markets is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with physician-administered biologics is preferred.
• Strong organizational capabilities and project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, or Massachusetts.
• Willingness to travel 60%-80% of the time within the territory.
