This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily partnership activities for designated healthcare systems, which include academic centers and population health organizations, aimed at increasing the adoption of GRAIL products.
• Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders to facilitate system launches, market growth, and new business ventures.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each partner’s organizational structure, economic drivers, strategic goals, and operational processes to guide account planning and opportunity exploration.
• Manage the negotiation and execution of contracts in collaboration with senior leadership and legal teams.
• Direct the adoption of MCED system-level workflows, technology integrations, and provider awareness alongside medical and field teams.
• Conduct executive business reviews and governance meetings; prepare relevant materials and performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for payer/employer access expansion, including conducting cost-benefit analyses.
• Create and implement integrated account plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Recognize opportunities for evidence generation, pilot initiatives, or operational enhancements.
• Develop and manage launch playbooks and pull-through strategies.
• Collaborate with payer access and marketing teams to craft value propositions and pull-through initiatives.
• Keep track of healthcare system trends and disseminate insights internally.
• Ensure that partnership activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain strategic vision and foster the growth of partnerships across assigned healthcare institutions.
• Propel the growth of Galleri within designated accounts, encompassing negotiations, contracting, forecasting, and access strategies.
• Travel to GRAIL offices, client sites, or other locations for work and team events.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science or healthcare preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in health system partnerships, account management, or similar healthcare roles.
• Internal candidates with 2+ years of pertinent GRAIL experience may also be considered based on proven experience and abilities that align with the role.
• At least 12 years of experience in health system partnerships, account management, or related healthcare roles, including 7+ years of proven success in managing complex health system partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to implement product or service solutions within health systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including forecasting and performance reporting.
• Proficient in developing and delivering clear, data-driven presentations.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks that regulate healthcare marketing and partnership initiatives.
• Ability to clearly and credibly communicate complex scientific and public health concepts.
• Proven track record of meeting performance objectives in a results-oriented environment.
• Experience interacting with healthcare system stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and executive leaders.
• Solid understanding of healthcare reimbursement dynamics, delivery models, and institutional decision-making processes.
• Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or early detection is preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
• Must be able to work from an approved city and state within the US.
