This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Lead global value, access, pricing, and reimbursement launch preparedness for a designated asset across various regions.
• Transform essential evidence and the competitive landscape into distinctive global access and pricing strategies.
• Create country-specific toolkits that empower local affiliates to achieve timely reimbursement and optimal patient access.
• Collaborate with Hematology portfolio leaders whose assets share comparable indications.
• Partner with HEOR, Medical, Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Pricing, Medical Affairs, and affiliate teams.
• Formulate and assist in executing global market access and reimbursement strategies for current and future pipeline indications.
• Contribute GVAP insights to lifecycle planning, indication sequencing, evidence prioritization, governance, and oversight.
• Convert payer insights into actionable recommendations for clinical development, evidence generation, pricing, access strategy, and commercialization planning.
• Incorporate access and payer requirements into development workflows, including trial design, endpoints, and evidence generation.
• Develop global value dossiers, budget-impact and cost-effectiveness frameworks, and payer communication resources.
• Support the EU Joint Clinical Assessment strategy and its related dossier development.
• Monitor access milestones, evidence requirements, and deliverables in relation to launch plans; identify risks and dependencies.
• Act as the primary contact for regional and affiliate teams regarding access and pricing deliverables.
• Educate teams on access toolkits and distribute relevant materials.
• Keep track of competitive, pricing, HTA, and policy environments, including BTK-class dynamics and EU HTA/JCA updates.
• Relay affiliate and payer insights to the Director.
• A bachelor's degree in a science-related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, health policy, business, or a related discipline is necessary.
• Over 8 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a significant focus on global, regional, or national value, access, pricing, and reimbursement roles.
• Proven knowledge of HTA processes and payer systems across key markets, including G-BA/IQWiG, NICE, and HAS.
• Familiarity with the US payer landscape; awareness of IRA/MFN is advantageous.
• Experience in developing global value dossiers, HTA/EU HTA JCA submission content, and payer value evidence in collaboration with HEOR.
• Practical understanding of global or major-market pricing strategies, IRP/reference pricing management, and price/revenue scenario modeling for specialty or oncology/hematology products.
• Strong grasp of pivotal-trial evidence interpretation and competitive assessments in oncology or hematology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional projects and influence without direct authority within a matrixed, global organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• An advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MBA) is highly preferred.
• Experience in in-country, regional, or affiliate market access, pricing, reimbursement, or HTA is preferred.
• Launch experience in oncology/hematology, particularly with EU JCA launches, is preferred.
• Fluency in HEOR regarding budget-impact and cost-effectiveness modeling is preferred.
