This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the primary lead writer on projects, producing evidence-based, fully referenced content within established timelines.
• Oversee personal and team workloads, strategize project deliverables, and ensure effective execution across multiple ongoing workstreams.
• Create JCA and HTA submissions, global value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, value proposition presentations, and objection management tools.
• Independently lead business development efforts, generating leads towards an annual target of £350,000.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives, including working groups, training programs, and social events.
• Assist in writing proposals, conducting introductory client calls, and delivering pitches.
• Ensure that client deliverables adhere to quality standards through writing, editing, and quality assurance.
• Influence the strategic direction of writing outputs to align with client goals.
• Perform desk research, literature reviews, data validation, and reference management utilizing client approval systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, key opinion leaders, and external partners.
• Oversee project workstream components including intellectual design, timeline creation, meeting facilitation, and communication.
• Assist in recruitment efforts and team development.
• Mentor junior and mid-level writers.
• Partner with Directors to develop quality standards and training resources for new employees.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, or a comparable combination of advanced education and experience.
• A degree in life sciences (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in creating market access materials, including JCA submissions, HTA submissions, global value dossiers, value propositions, and related deliverables.
• Experience in managing and/or mentoring writers.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and bibliographic software such as EndNote.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately assimilate complex information.
