This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Serve as the expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage matters related to ViiV’s long-acting injectables.
• Ensure suitable patient access to ViiV products.
• Focus on major national strategic accounts and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Guarantee that the implementation requirements for ViiV long-acting injectables are fulfilled.
• Enhance the implementation presence within key accounts.
• Create and manage a cohesive, top-down implementation strategy that aligns with account requirements.
• Navigate intricate scenarios with both internal and external clients, utilizing effective judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern reimbursement support services.
• Engage and communicate with internal matrix stakeholders, such as Corporate Account Teams, Territory FRMs, Field Sales, and Reimbursement Support Services.
• Assess access and reimbursement challenges and opportunities.
• Provide strategic accounts with expertise in product access and reimbursement.
• Deliver access and reimbursement training to field teams and matrix partners.
• Liaise with third parties, including hubs, to address access and reimbursement concerns.
• Assist in patient access by offering expert insights on reimbursement obstacles.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 7 years of experience in field reimbursement, key account management, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement HUB programs.
• Familiarity with payers and healthcare systems.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacy.
• Knowledge of the buy and bill process.
• Proficiency with Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D.
• Understanding of Medicaid and Commercial Payers.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
• Capability to educate offices regarding access and reimbursement procedures.
• Proactive in executing implementation strategies aimed at optimizing and simplifying processes.
• Demonstrated indirect/direct leadership and effective coaching abilities.
• Strong persuasive communication skills.
• Solid business acumen.
• Focus on customer relationships and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
• An MBA, MPH, or other advanced degree is preferred.
