This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with Oncology Key Opinion Leaders and researchers.

• Recognize medical insights and provide guidance to internal teams.

• Act as a scientific expert on disease states and data related to the portfolio.

• Assist in company-sponsored studies by identifying investigators and sites.

• Promote investigator-initiated study ideas in collaboration with researchers and site staff.

• Address scientific inquiries and present clinical data in a compliant manner.

• Participate in conferences to gather and report on scientific, clinical, and competitive insights.

• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial, and Medical Affairs teams.

• Operate in a matrix structure to cultivate trustworthy scientific collaborations.


⛳️ Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or DVM degree.

• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Field Medical Affairs or Medical Management within Oncology.

• Expertise in Oncology is essential; experience with skin cancers and/or lung cancer is preferred.

• Familiarity with treatment guidelines, clinical research protocols, European Union regulations, and compliant pharmaceutical practices.

• Experience in supporting company-sponsored studies, investigator-initiated research, or clinical research activities.

• Preferred background includes established relationships with Oncology Key Opinion Leaders and institutional knowledge.

• Strongly preferred experience with drug launches.

• Capability to articulate complex scientific data and engage with Healthcare Professionals as a peer.

• Excellent skills in planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and project involvement.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to compliance standards.

• Proficient in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight trips and occasional weekend travel.
