This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Identify and manage lists of experts in medical and therapeutic areas, as well as investigator targets and their corresponding action plans.
• Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Hematological Malignancies.
• Serve as the primary clinical and scientific resource for information on disease states and products.
• Engage in the development and oversight of company-sponsored clinical trials.
• Establish scientific connections with investigators and the internal Medical Affairs team.
• Provide support for the investigator-initiated study concept program.
• Gather insights on research advancements and treatment landscapes to inform medical strategy.
• Pinpoint research gaps and create opportunities with investigators and site personnel.
• Address inquiries regarding study indications, disease states, and therapeutic areas.
• Present and discuss scientific and clinical data effectively.
• Attend medical conferences to gather and report scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, principles, and financial controls with integrity and professionalism.
• A terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison role.
• Proficient knowledge of treatment guidelines.
• Familiarity with clinical research processes.
• Understanding of FDA regulations.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliant practices.
• Awareness of OIG guidelines.
• Residency in the designated territory is required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Established relationships with KOLs and institutions specializing in Hematologic Malignancies.
• Experience with drug launches is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business, approximately 70% of the time, including air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend travel.
