This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
β’ Engage in the sharing of scientific data and medical knowledge with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), researchers, pharmacists, and decision-makers in population health.
β’ Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of B-Cell Malignancies, such as Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) and Multiple Myeloma, in alignment with strategic medical initiatives.
β’ Identify and maintain a roster of medical and therapeutic area experts, investigator targets, and relevant action plans.
β’ Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with KOLs in the field of Hematological Malignancies.
β’ Serve as the primary clinical and scientific resource for information related to disease states and products.
β’ Contribute to the development and oversight of company-initiated clinical trials.
β’ Establish scientific partnerships with investigators and internal Medical Affairs, and support programs for investigator-initiated study concepts.
β’ Recognize research advancements and insights into the treatment landscape to inform medical strategy.
β’ Identify research deficiencies and create opportunities in collaboration with investigators and site personnel.
β’ Address information inquiries and present or discuss scientific and clinical data as needed.
β’ Attend medical conferences to gather and disseminate scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.
β’ Uphold company policies, procedures, principles, and financial controls with integrity and professionalism.
β’ A terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM) is mandatory.
β’ 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a Medical Science Liaison role within Hematology/Oncology.
β’ Familiarity with treatment guidelines, clinical research methodologies, FDA regulations, pharmaceutical compliance practices, and OIG guidelines.
β’ Residency in the designated territory: Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, or Arkansas.
β’ Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
β’ Established connections with KOLs and institutions concentrating on Hematologic Malignancies.
β’ Experience with drug launches is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently for business, approximately 70% of the time, including air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend travel.
