This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team in media strategy and execution across both traditional and digital direct publisher channels.
• Act as the primary client contact for Linear, OOH, Audio, and other pertinent media.
• Supervise planning, activation, and assessment while challenging existing norms.
• Direct the planning for ongoing, seasonal, and on-demand campaigns across direct partner media.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, marketing goals, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with integrated media strategy leaders to ensure Direct media initiatives align with the overall strategy.
• Manage RFP processes, including the creation and presentation of final recommendations to clients.
• Enhance operational efficiencies in planning, activation, reporting, and Ad Ops.
• Negotiate program inclusions, rates, and terms with partners while establishing internal best practices.
• Discover opportunities for partnership expansion and deliver added value and cost efficiencies.
• Present new publisher, data, and measurement partnership opportunities to clients.
• Champion the adoption of advanced measurement techniques among partners.
• Collaborate with Programmatic leads on a comprehensive Display/Video strategy.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Over 5 years of directly relevant experience with a preference for full-funnel marketing expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape, including display, video, social, and content.
• Familiarity with the programmatic environment and the interplay between direct, traditional, and programmatic buying is advantageous.
• Significant experience in planning large-scale publisher direct programs, which includes drafting briefs, identifying potential partners, leading a team through the RFP process, assessing partners, negotiating contracts, and presenting recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Proven success in building and managing relationships, collaborating with local vendors, and executing campaigns.
• Strong skills in process development.
• Established experience in training and mentoring others.
• A natural curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Experience in Ecommerce, Retail, Luxury, or DTC sectors is a plus.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.; this role does not qualify for immigration sponsorship.
