This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
β’ Assist in the integration of regional programs, implement process enhancements, and oversee various PMO initiatives.
β’ Establish comprehensive governance across functions for a cohesive regional integration and oversight.
β’ Aid in the streamlining and consolidation of real estate and workplace strategies from conception to execution.
β’ Craft both written and verbal communications for clients, translating operational updates and data insights effectively.
β’ Create business cases that link strategy and analytics to actionable recommendations and next steps.
β’ Develop and track program performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for continuous improvement.
β’ Organize and lead regional meetings, ensuring proper management of inputs, actions, and follow-ups.
β’ Oversee regional inputs, gather stakeholder feedback, and manage data tracking, tools, and reporting.
β’ Conduct data visualization, financial modeling, analysis, dashboard creation, and ad hoc reporting tasks.
β’ Establish progress-assessment processes, analyzing lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
β’ Facilitate regional integration forums and provide progress updates and reports to leaders and stakeholders.
β’ Manage individual workstreams within the integration program with guidance from the Global Integration Program Lead.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration.
β’ 5β7 years of pertinent experience in consulting, real estate, finance, or related sectors.
β’ Skills in financial modeling and data analytics.
β’ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
β’ Experience in statistics/research.
β’ Strong verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
β’ Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach.
β’ Client-service oriented mindset.
β’ Prior experience in project execution.
β’ Ability to establish credibility and rapport with program sponsors and stakeholders.
β’ Understanding and ability to apply program governance principles.
β’ Capability to support program management and engage stakeholders effectively.
