Associate Director, Business Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a pipeline of potential business partners that align with Teamship’s program objectives.

• Identify and secure business partners, guiding them from initial outreach to confirmed involvement.

• Foster trust and enthusiasm among a diverse range of business leaders.

• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the partnership process.

• Facilitate high-quality connections between business partners and Teamship programs.

• Ensure that all program positions are filled prior to launch.

• Onboard, schedule, and provide support to partners for seamless program execution.

• Identify authentic business challenges for student teams to tackle.

• Keep accurate records, tools, and workflows to enable scalable matching.

• Enhance systems, workflows, and resources to boost efficiency and impact.

• Extract partner engagement insights to enhance outreach and stakeholder experiences.

• Contribute to effective program delivery as a proactive team member.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and concise.

• Capability to establish trust and engage a range of audiences from small business owners to senior leaders and educators.

• Confidence in external outreach and representing Teamship.

• Innovative, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

• Strategic thinker capable of executing tasks effectively.

• Proficient in working efficiently in remote or hybrid settings.

• Willingness to travel on behalf of the College Board three to five times a year.

• Passion for enhancing educational and career opportunities through mission-driven work.

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies, readiness to adopt AI-driven solutions, and comfort in learning new digital tools independently.

• Commitment to personal growth with a learner's mindset.

• Collaborative and empathetic demeanor.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
