Associate Director – Automotive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Automotive in the growth and enhancement of the Automotive sector.

• Generate creative concepts for the organized development of the segment.

• Execute structured, targeted, and professional acquisition of new clients for interim projects and permanent placements.

• Cultivate and expand key accounts within the existing client base.

• Formulate and apply strategies derived from market insights.

• Oversee current clients and foster collaboration at the management level.

• Develop and manage key accounts among mid-sized enterprises and corporations, both domestically and internationally.

• Direct placement processes for both national and international assignments.

• Partner with research specialists and engage in focused discussions with candidates, interim managers, and clients.

• Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER within the Automotive sector.

• Initiate collaboration with the Senior Advisor Board.

• Assist the Director in the identification of additional advisors.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in the Automotive sector or within a management consultancy concentrating on the Automotive field.

• Ideally, possess a robust network in the Automotive industry.

• Strong inclination towards sales and business development.

• Exceptional service orientation and passion for interacting with people.

• Methodical, diligent work style coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach.

• Professional and refined presence at the highest levels.

• Dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards and customer focus.

• Capability to innovate and resolve issues effectively.

• High degree of commitment and motivation.

• A professional network at the decision-maker level within the industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
