Associate Director, Adobe Workfront, MarTech Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and customize Adobe Workfront solutions to meet client specifications, applying best practices in project management and process automation.

• Configure and tailor Workfront dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows to improve user experience.

• Complete the documentation for Workfront architecture and configuration in client design documents.

• Implement automation rules within Fusion for effective project management and resource distribution.

• Engage in discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

• Recognize potential improvements and new features for client instances.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to configuration.

• Stay updated with Workfront best practices and advancements, implementing necessary enhancements.

• Ensure quality assurance for configurations and implementations.

• Create and conduct Workfront training sessions for clients and internal teams.

• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams.

• Offer ongoing technical support within the product scope to guarantee client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Adobe Workfront development and implementation.

• In-depth understanding of Workfront design and system integrations utilizing Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.

• Workfront Core Developer certification or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing automation for optimizing workflows.

• Outstanding troubleshooting capabilities with experience in resolving configuration-related issues.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to promote user adoption through effective training and support.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
