This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all Development operations and systems
• Ensure the accuracy of fundraising data and systems, including Zoho CRM, the Master Prospect List, revenue tracker, and associated development tools
• Generate and uphold precise records for donors, prospects, and grants
• Track fundraising pipelines and identify stalled opportunities or impending deadlines
• Manage the development calendar and monitor fundraising priorities and commitments
• Supervise the grant proposal and funder reporting processes from inception to completion
• Facilitate collaborative drafts, internal reviews, feedback integration, and the timely submission of fundraising materials
• Keep proposal and reporting schedules updated and document organizational knowledge
• Prepare background research and donor briefing materials
• Organize logistics and follow-up for parlor meetings, funder briefings, and cultivation or stewardship events
• Maintain contact records and relationship histories
• Collaborate with Programs and Operations to oversee Ignition Grant disbursements, payment processing, and compliance documentation
• Work with Communications to create fundraising collateral and donor-facing materials
• Enhance fundraising systems, workflows, operational processes, and data integrity
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Development and Operations teams
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in development, nonprofit operations, project management, grants administration, fundraising, or other related professional fields
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities and keen attention to detail
• Competence in managing multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects from beginning to end
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various organizational functions and levels in a virtual work setting
• Proficiency in learning and operating within technology platforms, including Zoho CRM, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity tools
• Commitment to experimentation, learning, and ongoing improvement

• Experience in supporting fundraising, donor stewardship, or nonprofit administration is preferred but not essential
• Familiarity and experience working within the American Jewish community is an advantage
