
Associate Customer Business Manager, Emerging Pureplay & Digital Commerce Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage customer relationships, Joint Business Planning, and commercial performance across Emerging Pureplay accounts, such as Grove, Thrive Market, iHerb, and future strategic clients.
• Achieve annual targets for turnover, consumption, market share, trade investment, and profitability.
• Spearhead customer negotiations, promotional planning, assortment expansion, innovation launches, and ongoing growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to create and implement customer growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance digital penetration, attract consumers, and stimulate category growth within Pureplay channels.
• Act as the category and analytics leader for the team, converting data into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee competitive intelligence, share analysis, pricing and promotion evaluations, category reviews, and market trend assessments.
• Formulate strategic insights on customer performance, assortment opportunities, media effectiveness, and emerging trends in digital commerce.
• Assess business performance and suggest optimization opportunities in collaboration with agencies, retail media, and internal partners.
• Develop customer strategies leveraging shopper insights, category growth management principles, and Net Revenue Management.
• Convert insights into actionable plans that enhance conversion rates, basket size, customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and market share.
• Manage Amazon order processing and validation procedures while maintaining internal systems.
• Identify and experiment with growth levers through media, content, subscription initiatives, and emerging digital capabilities.
• Integrate functions across Sales, Marketing, Retail Media, Customer Strategy & Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital Commerce.
• Influence future working methods, share best practices, enhance organizational capability, and promote data-driven continuous improvement.
• Generally, 5+ years of experience in Digital Commerce, Sales, Customer Development, Category Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, or similar commercial positions.
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships and achieving commercial growth results.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in consumption data, customer reporting, market share analysis, and forecasting.
• Capability to distill complex data into straightforward business recommendations and growth strategies.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital Commerce sectors.
• Excellent communication, influence, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel, business intelligence tools, and digital commerce analytics platforms.
