📋 Description

• Transform Moments that Matter into innovative territories, messaging hypotheses, campaign concepts, headlines, CTAs, and copy direction.

• Deliver senior-level creative insights for fast-paced, digital-first initiatives linked to business objectives.

• Refine creative requests and discover more compelling creative approaches prior to execution.

• Advocate for creative in strategic new-business and portfolio sales opportunities.

• Develop speculative and portfolio creative work.

• Assist in creating campaign-style case studies that promote account growth and new revenue streams.

• Maintain ownership of ideas, messaging, and creative direction before production.

• Establish the groundwork for Directive’s strategic creative methodology.

• Translate campaign and creative briefs into territories, concepts, hooks, headlines, CTAs, landing-page narrative direction, and message sequencing.

• Collaborate with designers by offering robust concepts and copy direction.

• Review creative requests, briefs, workflows, pitch materials, and examples of performance creative.

• Work alongside Creative Production, Paid Media, Growth, Sales, Account leadership, and executive stakeholders.

• Specify requirements for campaign briefs and develop a template for campaign creative briefs.

• Identify key use cases for the campaign model.

• Process briefs through insights, hypotheses, concepts, copy direction, handoff, launch, and learning.

• Create creative territories, messaging angles, campaign copy, and testing recommendations.

• Set up a creative review schedule focused on concept quality, message clarity, testability, and business relevance.

• Establish a message/proof library and taxonomy.

• Create a consistent creative testing rhythm: hypothesis → variant → data → decision.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional creative experience, including a significant part in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing setting.

• A portfolio showcasing a variety of brand work and performance creative, featuring a visual system developed and an ad campaign that achieved measurable results.

• Experience in developing campaigns from conception to execution.

• Capability to uphold and evolve brand standards across diverse channels.

• Knowledge of creative strategy and storytelling techniques.

• Ability to convert ICP, positioning, personas, JTBD insights, proof points, objections, and funnel-stage context into creative hypotheses and campaign concepts.

• Executive presence and confidence when presenting creative strategies in new-business, portfolio-sales, client-facing, or leadership environments.

• Strong comprehension of performance creative, testing methodologies, message iteration, pipeline influence, and revenue-focused creative measurement.

• Ability to collaborate with production designers, paid media strategists, Account Directors, Growth, and Sales teams.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and shaping incomplete briefs.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

• Knowledge of video and motion graphics.

• Insight into content strategy.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted creative tools.

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Experience with Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and collaborative handoff processes.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools, such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazy Egg.

• Comfort with generative AI and recommended tools from the outset.

• Possession of current, permanent work authorization in the country of residence.

• Reliable setup, high-speed internet, and a professional workspace capable of running Adobe Creative Suite and video production software.

• Ability to remain stationary for extended durations and operate design and video software on Mac or PC.

• Capability to consistently observe and interpret written and verbal communication.
