This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist Compliance Business Partners in investigations by collecting, analyzing, and organizing EVV reports, clinical notes, employee and client records, state hotline reports, and related communications.
• Ensure that investigation documentation is thorough, precise, confidential, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Accurately and promptly log incidents into the tracking system.
• Work autonomously while also collaborating with operational leaders and other teams to achieve quality and productivity objectives.
• Report directly to the Director of Service Line Compliance.
• Play a role in Elara Caring's mission to provide home-based healthcare to patients.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, compliance, operations support, or a related area is required.
• Previous experience in home health, hospice, or personal care services is highly valued.
• Must comply with all applicable agency policies and procedures concerning health screenings and necessary testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, which may include driving, air travel, and overnight stays.
