Associate Client Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of projects post-scoping and shaping, managing the delivery process weekly until launch.

• Handle two to four ongoing workstreams simultaneously during regular operations.

• Ensure project outcomes and client satisfaction by steering teams towards solutions that deliver business value.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of clients' industries and businesses.

• Maintain communication with client stakeholders throughout the delivery process, proactively addressing issues and ensuring alignment.

• Convert business goals into practical technical requirements.

• Create and uphold delivery roadmaps that outline scope, milestones, timelines, and criteria for success.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among technical, product, and business stakeholders.

• Early identification of risks, assumptions, and obstacles, offering recommendations to keep delivery on schedule.

• Question assumptions and apply critical thinking to guarantee that the correct issues are resolved.

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, directors, and VPs at large organizations.

• Partner with one Client Delivery Lead and their team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in roles that blend business insight with practical Automation and AI delivery.

• Extensive daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional delivery across product, data, engineering, and design teams.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and independently deconstruct complex problems into clear solutions.

• Strong product-centric mentality with the capability to analyze intricate problem areas and customer environments.

• Proficient stakeholder management skills, including facilitating discussions and conveying trade-offs.

• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capacity to establish trusted client relationships.

• Experience managing at least one project from go-live to hypercare/support, taking ownership of the results.

• Comfortable interpreting contracts and understanding project scope.

• Preferably familiar with the insurance, fintech, or healthcare sectors.

• Experience with a Privacy Impact Assessment or security architecture review is advantageous.

• Experience working with an external vendor from the client-side is a plus.

• Sufficient technical literacy to comprehend a technical design document and pose relevant questions.

• Experience in creating projects using AI tools is a plus.
